About the Editor
In addition to putting this online column together on a semi-regular basis, Jeff Trout is the Executive Director of the TriSoldier Project, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that seeks to help disabled veterans regain a semblance of normalcy through participation sport.
Jeff is a USA Triathlon, USA Cycling and USA Track and Field Coach and owns Cadence Performance Lab in Las Gatos, CA. He is currently working on a Masters Degree in Sports Psychology.
